Meet Katherine Theobalds, owner of Zou Xou in Buenos Aires. After working as a designer in New York City, Katherine decided she wanted to make changes in the fashion industry. She followed her heart to Buenos Aires, bringing with her a collection of handmade shoes which would eventually become the inspiration for Zou Xou. Today, ZX is an elegant, minimalist footwear brand all about slow fashion: all the materials are ethically sourced, the shoes handcrafted, and the products individually sold. We are obsessed with the style and sustainability that Katherine has carefully curated for ZX, and are so excited to partner with her on all of our Argentina trips!
