Lucia, born and raised in Slovakia, fell in love with Portugal after several trips to the country brought her to the realization that her heart belonged within its borders. Though her background is in political science and international affairs, a broader passion for history, culture, and cuisine led her to work as a foodie tour guide for nearly a decade.
