Séverine Sagnet is a super talented chef based near the city of Avignon in the Provence region of France. She is classically trained and has worked under several Michelin starred chefs. She was selected to be a private chef in the American White House Press Secretary’s home in Provence. Since then, she has been giving regular cooking classes and hosting private dinners at Hôtel La Mirande. Oh, fun fact: Michelle Obama hand selected Séverine to cook for the Obama family during their 2019 trip to Avignon.
